Who We Are
The Niger State High Court came into existence in Feb 3rd 1976 with the creation of Niger state from Sokoto state in 1976, it began operating in April, 1976. Its first chief judge was, the current chief of judge, Hon, Justice Halima I. Abdulmalik.It moved to its current location on Hon Justice Jibrin N Ndajiwo Way, Kpakungu, MinnaWe are the apex judicial authority within Niger StateThe Niger State High Court has 6 Divisions and 13 High court judges. It also comprises divisions of magistrate courts with 63 magistrates in the state.
