The Niger State High Court has the Chief Judge as its head there are other High Court Judges also. The Chief Registrar is the head of administration, with other departments.

 The current chief judge is Hon Justice Halima I’ Abdulmalik, who has held this position since 2023. Other principal officers of the high court are the chief registrar(Amina L. Musa-saidu) DCR Admin(Hassan Mohammed), DCR Litigation(Gimba M. Gabi) DCR Special Duties(Abdulrahman Garafini), DCR Magistrates(Danladi U. Kutigi) others are Director ICT(Abdulrahman Idris), Director Probate(Adamu Abubakar) , Director Publicity(Abubakar A. Nami), other departments are planning, Research Statistics (PRS) and Estates.
